This place has the advantage of enjoying a nice neighborhood with easy access to all of your vacation needs. The House is located by the Utah Lake! With picnic tables, paved trails, where you can go fishing, canoeing, boating, and all your lakeside activities!
Go biking on the trails all over Vineyard. Enjoy golfing at the Sleepy Ridge golf course less than a mile away. Skiing at Sundance is 18 miles away and access to 6 other world-class ski resorts all less than an hour away. The home is conveniently located near to the 1-15 to be within 45 minutes in Salt Lake, 50 min to Park City, 12 min to Provo! Why pay expensive hotels for the season if you can stay in a nice home for a lot more chipper!

The owner lives upstairs. The space in the description is fully yours and you will have your own entrance, own kitchen, own bathroom, own laundry room. You might hear their footsteps.
