This two-story home is nestled in a grove of trees 10 miles north of downtown Park City, where it backs up to the manicured grounds of the golf course. You'll be two miles from adventure sports at Woodward Park City, seven miles from Canyons Village, and 10 miles from the main base area of Park City Mountain.
After a day spent hiking or golfing, you'll be greeted back at home by a lovely backyard, a shaded patio, and an elevated deck with a ceiling fan to keep you cool as you gather at the table and admire the alpine scenery. An adjacent, glassed-in sunroom provides the perfect spot for morning coffee.
The interior is open and spacious, with the great room bringing together the living area, the kitchen, and the formal dining space beneath lofty ceilings. Enjoy central AC in the summer months, a gas fireplace for winter evenings, and a polished kitchen with a French-door refrigerator, double ovens, an island gas range, and other stainless steel appliances for your every culinary need.
