The game room has a pool table, a fold-out sofa, two arcade machines, several board games, and a seating area with a TV. The spacious kitchen is a chef's delight with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances throughout and endless counter space to work on. Additional amenities include a firepit, a gas grill, an on-site washer/dryer, four kayaks, and a community basketball court.

Please note the pool is not heated. The hot tub is heated and accessible year-round. Lake Hamilton water is drawn down the first week of November and then refilled the first week of March. The boat dock is open based on water level.

Summary: We had a group of 18 and the house was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the downstairs and game room. The adults loved spending time in the sitting room off the kitchen. The views of the lake and outdoor pool area were beautiful. We are already planning our next trip!
