In this prime valley location close to countless recreational possibilities, this quiet, comfortable home was built using the energy-efficient principles of passive construction. The result? A super-insulated home that maintains year-round temperatures between 62 and 72 degrees without relying on AC, as well as a ventilation system that's constantly bringing in fresh air (which is great for guests with allergies).
The house is a duplex, with this listing representing one half of the property (but please be aware that renters may be occupying the other portion). You'll enter by way of a garden patio and a window-lined sun porch, where you can relax with your coffee in the mornings and dine among the sunflowers at golden hour.
After a day of exploring the spectacular Rocky Mountains, the single-level interior provides a bright and inviting space to unwind. Enjoy a cozy sitting area, a few essential kitchen appliances (a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker, but there is no kitchen), and a bedroom with a smart TV to lull you to sleep in the evenings.
