Keypad/app entry via smart lock. 4 bedrooms (upstairs), 2 full bathrooms, fully furnished and well maintained.
Flat screen tv with Apple tv & Netflix with guest profile, and digital antenna for local channels. 2 car garage perfect for winter/snow protection.
WiFi, washer and dryer, landline phone. Cell phone service is poor, there are service extenders for Verizon and T Mobile.
**Pet friendly, pet fee of $100 required for up to two pets, an additional $50/pet required after two. Please message to arrange. Please no pets on beds/furniture.**
Please note this is our family getaway when we are not renting it out, and a labor of love. We ask that you kindly treat it with the respect you would give your own things - this includes your pets behavior.
