Back at the home, relaxation comes in spades on the multi-level deck equipped with comfortable lounge seating and your preference of spending your well-earned downtime in the sun or shade. • This home is part of an HOA community with common grounds including a launch, dock, boat slip, and beach area. Use at your own risk. Each guest will need to sign a waiver before arrival.
• No jumping or diving from dock.
• Flush only toilet paper.
• Move grill away from home when grilling. Follow grill instructions.
• No parties. Be courteous to neighbors. They live close by full time.
• Bunk bed max 200 lbs.
• Murphy bed max 500 lbs.
• Butcher block table for cleaning fish and food prep only.
• Crab traps and other items on dock area are off limits.
• Bag all trash and put in dumpster. No loose trash.
