My house is my favorite place in the world. Beautifully UPDATED it boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, huge POOL, huge Smart TV, and OVERSIZED dream backyard. All this is in Indian Rock beach area! This home has beautiful curb appeal with new modern furniture, professional design and tropical landscaping. Upon entering through the grand double doors you will love my ideas for this house. Decor, new luxury vinyl flooring, modern lights and all that this place has to offer are for your comfort.Plenty of living space with two sofa beds and two chairs. Updated Kitchen with high-end Granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating. Dining room is open to the kitchen with sliding glass door that accesses the covered patio overlooking your expansive POOL and backyard. Spacious Primary suite has a walk-in closet. The bathroom also has a door leading outside into the backyard for your convenience. Second bedroom and kids bedroom are spacious with new plush carpeting.
Close to Beaches, trail, parks, Seminole Mall, restaurants and much more!Answers to the most frequently asked questions:
1. The pool will be available and you can adjust the water heating. To use a pool heater will coast $30 per day extra, because it takes extra electric energy.
2. Enter the pool at your own risk. All persons must shower before entering the pool. No running. No diving. No food or glass in pool area. No drink and peeing.
3. Sorry no early or late check ins/ check outs.
4. Nearest grocery store Publix 6 min away.
5. Yes, for an additional fee, we can provide you with our car for rent. We have a great seven-seater minivan Chrysler with leather seats and a DVD player for kids.
6. Nearest beach Indian shores 3.6 mile away.
7. Pool is serviced once a week - Monday morning.
8. If your stay in the house falls on Sunday or Wednesday, then you need to put bin out on the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evening.
9. Yes, home has a washer and dryer for guests to use. Please do not put beach towels in the washing machine with sand.
10. Nearest Tampa International Airport 30 min away.
11. Grill should be cleaned after each use to avoid build-up. Please be considerate of our next guest and clean grill prior to your departure.
Please do not book our home unless you are able to respect its contents and keep it clean- everything is new.
12. Please make sure to flush ONLY toilet paper down the toilets. Absolutely nothing else should be flushed down. There are several wastebaskets around the house: the toilet is not one of them.
13. Please respectful of your neighbors at all times. Outdoor music and loud talking, or other disruptive behavior, is not permitted past 10:00 p.m
14. You are welcome to park in front of the house (2 cars), but street parking not available. Cars are not allow to park on grass or our garage.
15. Please keep the kitchen clean to avoid dealing with ants. Please put all the food away and load the dishwasher.
Before check out:
Please check the house and do not leave dirty dishes and cooked food in the house. Please empty all trash cans before check out.
Please DO NOT take used sheets off of beds. It will be enough if you just leave your beds unmade so we can see which beds were being used. Also, we’ll be grateful if you put all the used and/or dirty towels in a hamper.

We would ask that you leave our property in the order that you found it; this includes, but is not limited to, the placement of interior and exterior furniture, decors, dish.
Please do not touch our personal belongings in the garage. We trust you.
Please check-out by 11am.
A $100 fee (for each hour) will be assessed for late check out .
We do not allow late check-outs as we use a professional cleaning service that cleans the house to ensure the next guests may check-in at 4pm.
