Positive: Really enjoyed this spacious house with beautiful views to the estuary (if that's right) and a very short walk to the beach. The house was well equipped. The garden was large although mostly on a slope. There was a large patio and BBQ area though and the kids enjoyed various hide and seek style games outside (with the odd scraped knee). Short boat ride to Salcombe. Ideal base for a beach or walking holiday, although we used it as a long stop over on the way back from West Cornwall.
Negative: The entrance shouldn't be navigated from South Sands direction as it's too steep.
