Located just a short distance from popular destinations such as Montpellier, St Guilhem le Désert, and Pézénas, and only 40 minutes from Sète, our location is perfect for those looking to explore the rich cultural offerings of the area, including sports, culture, and wine-tourism.
Our property boasts 37 acres of vineyards, a 5-acre park, and 18th century French gardens featuring stunning boxwood arabesques, serene basins and fountains powered by natural water springs, and of course, our prized vineyards.
Perched atop a hill, our south-facing main family house basks in sunlight all day long. Spread across 3 floors, the house features 3 spacious reception rooms with beautiful views of the gardens and terrace, a large dining room, a cozy TV room, a traditional kitchen and utility room, and a separate guest toilet.
In total, we have 8 beautifully-appointed bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, except for one. On the first floor, you'll find 6 large bedrooms, 5 of which have ensuite bathrooms, and one dormitory room with 3 single beds. On the second floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, a playroom, a small bathroom, and a shower room.
Step outside to our south-facing terrace, where you'll find a covered dining area as well as a fully-equipped summer kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and tableware. We also have a large plancha and barbecue available for your use.
Cool off in our 15-meter swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious terrace with plenty of sundeck chairs, loungers, and parasols. Enjoy a friendly game of tennis on our old court, complete with rackets, or try your hand at boules or ping pong. We also have a basketball net, as well as plenty of board games and cards for indoor entertainment.
Want to explore the area by bike? We offer bicycle rentals just down the road. There is ample parking on the property, and our discreet caretakers live at the back of the property and only share the driveway.
