4 Bedroom Villa in Alghero
#The house we offer is the annex of a manor house, designed to welcome friends and family guests. It is immersed in a splendid park of 10,000 square meters: a fresh oasis of peace full of palm trees, pines, olive trees and fruit trees, with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean scrub and the Gulf of Alghero. The property, called Domus Anna, is completely fenced, with access from an electric gate and permanent custody service.
The area in which the annex is located is distant and well isolated from the main villa, guaranteeing the mutual privacy of guests and owners.
The annex has two large bedrooms, both with a double bed, an additional single bed and a private bathroom.
The living area is equipped with a kitchenette, a dining table (6 seats), a single sofa bed and TV.
In the opposite building, there is a third double bedroom, with a large window that offers a breathtaking view. You will be enchanted! The room has a private bathroom and is equipped for breakfast.
Finally, a delightful single bedroom (without bathroom) is available in the panoramic tower, which is accessed from an external staircase: a solution much appreciated by younger guests!
The outdoor area is equipped for outdoor dining, resting in the fresh air or sunbathing, enjoying a priceless view.
The main swimming pool (16m long), overlooking the sea, is available to guests.
Upon request, guests can also use the large brick barbecue adjacent to the main villa (unless agreed with the owners, if any).
Cars will find shelter under a shaded gazebo.
The beautiful beach of Speranza (Poglina), one of the most suggestive and least crowded in Alghero, is a five-minute drive away.
The historic center, with its many cultural and tourist attractions, is less than 10 minutes away by car.
The property is located along the panoramic road that connects Alghero and Bosa: 40 km. of uncontaminated coast and wild nature, where the last specimens of the majestic Griffon Vulture live.
Both the annex and the independent double bedroom are equipped with heating and air conditioning and are perfectly usable at any time of the year. The turret room is only available from June to September.
Domus Anna is perfectly equipped for the summer stay of 9 guests. A tenth guest can use the sofa bed in the living room.
However, it should be noted that the internal living area is small in size, with a table with only 6 seats.
We therefore recommend staying in Domus Anna in colder periods for groups of no more than 6 guests.
The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September.
