We invite you to you to experience Loiza's hospitality in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 baths traditional wood home with a private pool, pool table and quick access to some of Puerto Rico's best beaches. A hidden gem that epitomizes Loiza's traditional living. Only 25-30 minutes from the San Juan International Airport and with easy access to shopping malls, golf courses, restaurants and tourist attractions, such as the El Yunque National Rain Forest. This tranquil retreat is very spacious with over 1600 sq/ft of outdoor and indoor space (2nd floor of the structure), full-sized kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. This home is host a family or group of up to 6 people. Additional charges apply to any additional guests over 6 (8 guests max). Free and secured parking available on the premises.
You will love waking up to a quiet cup of coffee in the terrace, immediately plunging into the pool, and then visiting some of what Puerto Rico has to offer. This tranquil retreat is very spacious with over 1600 SF of outdoor and indoor space and features a full-sized kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. Enjoy a beer (or wine) and area's famous "alcapurrias" in the expansive terrace. A BBQ grill, outdoor space, pool table and pool allow you to unwind after a long day at the beach or hiking the nearby El Yunque National Rainforest. We provide linens, towels, and everything you need (except the groceries) to cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
You will enjoy a beautiful and spacious space, consisting of the whole second floor of the home, exclusive to you and your guests. Close enough to all the places everyone wants to visit, yet far enough to retreat to the peace Don Wilo's place has to offer.
