Wall-to-wall sliding glass doors lead to a terrace with stunning views of the mountains and some of the most breathtaking sunsets you've ever seen. Features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, beautiful kitchen, covered terrace, outdoor space, two office spaces, and laundry room. Entire home is a Smart Home run on the Savant system so all lights, blinds, speakers, etc. can be managed from the home smart remote or Iphone. Furnished with high-end furniture from restoration hardware, etc.
The Space
The rental includes a golf cart, bicycle, 8 chairs, outdoor sitting table, 75" living room tv with surround system, Apple TV (Netflix, Prime, HBOMax, Disney+, etc.), TVs in master and three of the other bedrooms, high speed Wifi, A/C throughout the residence, peloton and sauna in garage and 24-hour security. The home is environmentally sustainable, fully powered by solar with 4 tesla powerwalls and access to the grid and a generator for double redundancy. This smart home has electronic drapes, lights, speakers (in the living, dining, kitchen, and master bath), and exteriors cameras all run through the Savant smart home system.
