Positive: Perfect localisation. Very nice and professional staff. Shared bathroom was clean.

Negative: The windows and doors weren't sealed, so it was quite noisy. This was especially problematic at night when you could hear everything from the street.

Summary: EXcellent value for money. Perfect localisation!
