Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Excellent stay in a great location with easy access to Chapel Junction of the A92, ideal for visiting Glenrothes, Dunfermline, Dundee and exploring Fife. The property was very clean, comfortable, well decorated and well presented, with everything needed for a relaxing self catering stay. We particularly liked the Dolce Gusto coffee machine with coffee pods provided and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials such as sugar, salt, pepper, plus a dishwasher with dishwashing tablets provided. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the neighbour was also lovely, giving us great recommendations for places to visit and local attractions. The property had thoughtful touches throughout and was an excellent base for a short break. Would highly recommend especially as dog friendly!
Negative: Very hard to think of anything, as we had a lovely stay and the property was very well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and frying pans, but if we were to suggest one small improvement, it might be having a slightly larger frying pan, particularly as the property sleeps four adults. That said, this was only a minor point and did not detract from our stay at all.
Summary: Excellent accommodation, welcoming hosts and a great location. We would happily stay again.
