There is a door inside in your unit that goes to the main house. This door will be locked at all times and you will not have access to the main house. The guests in the other unit will walk past this door when walking from their garage up to their living space. Those guests do not have access to your unit.
We are local hosts and you can get in touch with us quickly when needed.
We don't allow more than 1 additional guest at a time. It is a twin bed and is a small place. However, if you want a visitor for patio hang time, feel free. No smoking. Especially no marijuana.
Keep in mind this is a small unit. We have had many happy guests. There are wonderful windows and it is very private.
You will hear the guests upstairs which can change over the course of your stay. Their living space and bedrooms are above your space. They have their own entrance and garage. The separation between the units is an interior door with a gap underneath that locks on both sides.
Please let us know a minimum of 2 days before check-out if you want to extend your stay. We have to stay organized on our side and reschedule the cleaning.
Early check-in is free if available. Late check-out is $15/hour and must be scheduled at least 2 days prior to check-out. No last minute late check-outs!
