● Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.
● There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture.
● NO PARTIES: Policy include serious consequences for guests who attempt to violate these rules, varying from account suspension to full removal from the platform. In 2021, over 6,600 guests were suspended from a platform for attempting to violate their party ban.
● There is a late checkout charge of $250 for every hour late after check out time of 10am, unless host gives a complimentary check out .
● Please note that if you are under 25, we may decline your booking request and/or cancel your reservation.
● No Smoking is allowed inside the home. There is a $300 penalty.
