Positive: The location is literally a 4 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed being able to spend time on the beach without much fuss. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate and had a toaster and coffee maker, fridge and stove / oven and microwave, so we were happy we could fix meals there fairly easily. Having two bathrooms was very helpful for three people and they both were very clean. There was adequate storage space. It was very quiet and everyone seemed very nice.
Negative: The pool may have been clean, but it didn't look clean. We couldn't tell if it needed cleaning or maintenance. We were moved from our original booking location a street over and the original location was a ground floor only space. This space involved a flight of stairs, which wasn't best for me due to health issues. The kitchen had very sparse utensils and no oven mitts or pot holders, which made cooking difficult. No paper towels were provided either. The bathrooms had one roll (not a new roll either) of toilet paper each. The living room had no light in it once it was dark other than the tv. The AC remotes did not work, but we were able to change the settings without the remotes.
Summary: A great location and a good room, and the small issues we had didn't overshadow those facts.
