Parguera Retreat is an exclusive, one-of-a-kind 3 bedroom two story house located in La Parguera, Lajas. Beautiful sophisticated high ceiling, open contemporary floor plan, wall arts, three dimensional visual arts sculptures, exotic decor, and spa-like escape inspired bathroom will definitely be a memorable part of your stay.
Private entrance. Private all around balcony and terrace with outdoor furniture(sitting area-chairs and lounges, table, citronella candle, dominoes table, dominoes pieces, and BBQ). Private parking inside the property and extra street parking spots.
First floor have central air conditioning and all bedrooms also have air conditioning. All rooms and indoor areas have ceiling fans. Queen and one bunk bed bedroom have 32’ inches TVs.
House has a studio on the back part which is also rented, so you might see other guests, although entrance and parking areas are different.
House has water cistern in case of an interruption to the water service.
Property has the ability to accommodate a boat and/or trailer under 22 feet in length in the premises under lock, surveillance cameras, gate, and hose with clean water availability. Please note due to height restrictions, boat must fit under a 9 foot tall ceiling. Extra fee applies.
