Negative: The property required I check in on a website which demanded that I pay a non-refundable $16 security deposit in order to be able to get the keys. This fee was never disclosed when booking this property. I had to call them to waive the fee, which they did and get additional instructions on how to access the property.
Summary: Imposing a hidden, undiscolosed fee in order to obtain keys to the property is unacceptable.
