This quaint 2 bedroom home is truly your home away from home, providing all you need
to relax and enjoy your stay. Those wanting to explore are footsteps away from the
bustling downtown. Valparaiso hosts many events year-round at Central Park and
William E Urschel Pavilion is a mere 5 blocks away, an easy walk or an extremely short
2 minute drive. In summer, enjoy the splash pad, movies in the park, concerts, farmers
market and so many other FREE events and activities. In the winter, Central Park Plaza
is transformed into an amazing winterscape complete with an ice rink; spring and fall
bring countless fests for you to enjoy. No matter what time of year, you visit, you are
sure to experience one of Valparaiso’s finest activities. The home even has 4 folding
chairs guests can take down to the plaza to soak in a movie or concert! Get your picture
taken with none other than Orville Redenbacher himself! For those wishing to take it
easy, the home offers comfortable couches on which to lounge watch TV, play a game,
do a puzzle or have some good old conversation! A bonus feature is the home’s 2
amazing outdoor spaces, take in some fresh air on either the spacious front porch or the
