Positive: A very nice resort in a quiet part of Amwaj Islands. A bit basic compared to other resorts, but enjoyable nonetheless for a good rest. Check in was nice and easy. I was given the option of an upgrade to a private villa, but the cost was just a bit too high for my budget. The property was nice and quiet and wasn't too busy at all. On a lot of occasions, we pretty much had the beach and pool area to ourselves. As for the room, we booked a 3 bedroom apartment. The room was very clean and spacious. Tiled flooring meant that you need to wear slippers throughout, but these were provided free of charge and replaced as needed. The room also had a washing machine. We had to request an iron and clothing rack for drying, but again these were provided. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection and variety of options. Waffles, pancakes and omelettes were all available on request, free of charge. Very clean property and very friendly staff. Requests were attended to promptly and efficiently.

Negative: WiFi was very poor. I did report this and the maintenance guy simply came and rebooted the router, which didn't do much at all. It also didn't help that the router was hidden inside the ceiling in the air conditioning vents. They need to install much better WiFi and more access points in the rooms, especially given the size of the property. The rooms were also very dusty. Despite requesting cleaning of the room, dust was a constant. Not good for the allergies. My daughter also ended up getting locked in the bathroom as the lock stopped working. Maintenance were able to resolve the issue swiftly, but the locks and doors felt very dated and probably need replacing. More rugs in the room would be nice. The tiled flooring just wasn't comfortable.
