This new construction home is located in the Laguna Harbor private community on the bayside in Bolivar Peninsula. It is a hidden treasure with a boat dock and a amazing view of the bay.
This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps 12. The master features a king bed with private full bath, the 1st guest room has 2 full over full bunks, and the 2nd guest room has 2 twin over queen size bunks . The 2nd bath is located in the hallway. The open concept kitchen and living area look out onto the deck that looks out over the canal. The living room has plenty of room to sit back and relax, enjoy the large screen TV with Roku living streaming.
You will be steps away from your new-found fishing spot and if you want to bring your boat, you can dock it right outside the back door. Boat dock is available to pull along side and tie off, docking under the covered area is not available. Boat dock has a private fish cleaning station. Downstairs you will find an outside propane grill and outside shower. Max parking for 4 vehicles, or 2 and a boat trailer.
There are security cameras on the property, located downstairs and the outside upper deck.
Cleaning fee includes towels, linens, beds made, starter set of basic paper goods and soaps.
There is a regular drip coffee pot available.
Pets allowed, max 2 dogs, max 60 lbs. each, the pet fee is $25 per night, will be added after booking. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Please no german shephards, pit bulls or rottwellers. We appreciate your understanding.
