Positive: The location is a solid 10. It’s right on Dream beach and very private. The infinity pool and pandan cafe were also top notch. Staff were great and very accomodating. The onsite masseuse were also fantastic. We liked that the pickup and drop from mainland was also arranged by Dream Beach which made it so much easier to travel. They also arranged for taxi from pickup points and scooters to rent.
Negative: The property was overall superb. However we a minor kerfuffle - we had requested a snorkelling booking via the staff at the accommodation and as first time snorkellers we trusted the hotels suggestion-the experience with the 3rd party provider was really bad. Staff were informed about the incident as well.
