Be our Guest, for FUN in the Sun in our ground floor ,2 BD, with oh so soft, bedroom carpet, NEW USA made king puffy lux hybrid mattress in Master, 2 full Baths, sleeps 6 condo, with FULL size W/D in separate laundry room. This oasis, is beautifully decorated and newly painted, has granite kitchen counters, newer stainless appliances and cabinets. It includes 3 FREE cable TVs, internet, and wifi. The Master bedroom with private full walk-in bath , TV and walk in closet just calls you to stay awhile. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath just outside the door and also has a spacious closet and wall mount TV. A queen size sleeper sofa in the living room or a blow up twin bed in the guest room leave options for sleeping arrangements. Picture one screened/windowed patio option to enjoy a succulent dinner prepared on your private gas grill, or in your fully equipped kitchen. Or choose the open, but partial wall contained patio , complete with bistro set overlooking the ROC park and views of the Inter Coastal waterway, where morning coffee and memories are, savored. Park just a few steps from your door in this gated community whose amenities include: two heated pools, (one of which we are 30 steps from),exercise/weight room, billiard tables, saunas, jacuzzi, fishing piers, and slips. The yacht club at Madeira beach laps the Boca Ciega Bay, has meticulously landscaped grounds and paved paths throughout the complex and is a 6minute easy walk to the beautiful white Madeira sands and gorgeous sunsets at Archibald park.
Stroll to a variety of restaurants, bar/grills, ice cream shops, mini golf, dollar store, grocery, pharmacy, library, spa, yoga, etc. etc. No car needed, get there fast and then relax!!!
The adjoining ROC park offers free tennis, basketball, baseball, Pirate playground, and "little ones”splash pad, more fishing piers, and band shell where occasional events are held, even yoga classes on the beach. Water activities abound: with: Tiki boat floats, pontoon rentals, deep sea fishing, just outside complex and dolphin, dinner and Pirate cruises at World famous John's Pass fishing village/boardwalk , Quaint shops, restaurants and so much more just waiting for you. Clearwater is just north, St Petes beach a few minutes south and soft sand beaches along the way in both directions, so much to explore! Your comfort and convenience are our first priority.
