This beautiful home is located near the best beaches in Aruba, Eagle Beach,(15 min walk distance) and Palm Beach which is close to Eagle and Arashi Beaches, the California Lighthouse, Divi and Tierra Del Sol golfing, casinos, fine dining and just about every water sport imaginable, including wind/kite surfing. Also within 5 minutes walk distance there is the islands newest and largest supermarket SuperFood. Everything you need is right around the corner.
This dream villa is fully air conditioned and has 4 bedrooms (3 king/ 1 Queen) and 4 full bathrooms.
1 Master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bath tub, dressing room, private terrace overlooking the Bubali bird Sanctuary and and Low/High Rise Tourist areas . 2nd and 3th Master Bedrooms both with king size beds ensuite bathroom, dressing room and terrace. Bedroom 4 with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom . All 4 bedrooms have access from the house.
All bedrooms have air conditioning with own remotely controlled air conditioning so you can enjoy the temperature that you desire for your comfort.
Bathrooms have all towels and a hairdryer.
The villa also offers hot water and high standard bed linens.
The living room features a sofa with loveseats and a 65 inch flat screen LG 4K with Cable TV and high definition box that is hooked to all of the TVs.
And throughout the house, there is high speed Wi-Fi access through our wireless router. Also, the house has a telephone that can be used for local and international incoming calls and outgoing local calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table that seats 8 and all the necessary appliances including a large refrigerator with ice dispenser and a smaller sized refrigerator for beverages, dishwasher, gas stove and cook top, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender as well as plates and cookware.
There is a washer and dryer available for your use.
The glass sliding doors in the kitchen, living room and one of the bedrooms opens onto the back yard at the rear of the property with 2 steps to your own refreshing swimming pool, On the patio and around the pool, there’s a table that seats 6 people comfortably and 2 full sets of sofas at the terrace.There is also 2 BBQ grills ( gas and charcoal), cooler, beach chairs and towels to bring to the beach.
The property is fully fenced with soft lighting for the evenings.
The entire property, swimming pool and all amenities are for your own private use.
4 Bedrooms have access from inside of the house.
There is a garage.
