This is a fully equipped villa, built in 2015. It is furnished in contemporary style and stocked with everything needed for a perfect holiday.
The villa has parking for up to 4 cars, it is completely surrounded by stone walls and live fence.
The whole property is more than 2200 m2 big with a beautiful backyard, swimming pool and fully equipped terraces.

Summary: We had the most amazing holiday, Ivana and Mario have a beautiful home in an idyllic setting, peaceful, stunning views and everything you could possibly want for a truly relaxing holiday. We are a family of 5, children being 8, 6 and 8 months. The villa is lovely, immaculately clean, all the facilities you need and more. Beds super comfortable, en-suite bathrooms, TV with ability to watch Netflix etc when you are chilling after a day in the sun. BBQ area is first class as is the stocked garden next door, we had some amazing tomatoes and peppers to go with our dinners. The pool area is brilliant, pool plenty big enough to swim in, or just float around on an inflatable ring. Water just right, loads of sun beds for all the family and to top it off a volleyball net, some swings, slide and table tennis should you want something to keep you entertained. I can honestly say there was nothing we wanted for, if it was advice or help with anything Ivana and Mario were only a text message away. As for tips we highly recommend visiting Pasjaca beach and the beach at Molunat, spectacular and easy to get to In a car, less than 20 mins. The Tommy supermarket is only a short walk away to get fresh bread and some essentials, there is a big Lidl supermarket about 20K which we had been to before when in Croatia, worth the drive for stocking up at the start of a holiday. A brilliant holiday, Croatia is such a spectacular place with very friendly people and what always seems like sun and blue skies. thanks Ivana and Mario for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa, we are already in holiday planning mode for next year and not even home yet!
