Summary: We had the best time at Dream Villas and wished we'd spent more of our vacation there. The setting is laid back, quiet, almost sleepy feeling. Staff were welcoming and always excellent. The villas appear to be new construction and quite nice. The main beach space is somewhat small but we were the only ones using it during our stay. There is a mix of beaches right next to each other: sand with a breakwater for easy swimming/wading, stony/shell filled area with many conch shells to find, and open beach with no breakwater. There is minimal light pollution so the stars were beautiful and a highlight for us. Although we didn't get a chance to kayak, we enjoyed walking in the mangrove area that appears to be an expansion under development. Brigadier restaurant is part of the complex which was extremely convenient (if you have trouble finding the villas on Google maps, look for Brigadier). The food was good, prices reasonable and has a menu providing for seafood lovers and haters alike. Highly recommend going off the beaten path with a stay here!
