This home is on an elevated lot with panoramic Catalinas views! It is located in a quiet neighborhood. This gorgeous home offers professionally landscaped front and back yards, a pebble tec pool and spa, a newly coated deck, and plenty space for entertaining! Nearly all pool equipment has been recently renovated, high efficiency pump installed, new filter, new spa jet pump, and new spa heater controller.

- We are committed to abiding by all state, county and city rules and regulations as well as protecting our properties. We've partnered with "Know Your Guest" (Superhog) the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
- Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest and you will be receiving a message and/or email from (Know Your Guest aka Superhog).
- You will then be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit $200 or a damage waiver of $25.
- In compliance to City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood we do NOT allow any large gatherings or Parties. (Any unauthorized/unregistered vehicles or guests equates to immediate eviction with no refund of stay and complete banning from booking channel where they completed reservation. (see house rules for more information)
- User of Security Cameras, Noise aware sensors and valid neighbor noise complaints can be used against the booking individual and will lead to immediate eviction with NO REFUND and would be banned from Channel where booking was made.
- Pet fee is for $200 (non - refundable).
- Pool is heated for $50 per night.
- Spa area is heated same temp as the pool.
- A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the fireplace falls under the same guidelines.
- USE OF POOL: The property is not staffed. The guest is responsible for their own safety. Owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
- Please do NOT remove the vacuum from the pool as it will damage the pool pump, and if replacement is needed, it will fall on guest.

Please note that due to merchant processing costs, if you qualify for a full refund upon cancellation, the maximum refundable amount will be 95% of the total price paid. Additionally, refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, typically taking 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.

Before your stay, kindly complete a quick verification and choose one of these options:
1. Damage Waiver (non-refundable): $25 + transaction fee
2. Security Deposit (refundable): $200 + transaction fee (takes 5–10 business days to process).
We recommend the damage waiver for worry-free protection.

- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

- Please note that it takes 72 hours to heat the pool so please request and pay it 5 days before your check-in date.
- A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the fireplace falls under the same guidelines.
- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it's missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.
- USE OF POOL: The property is not staffed. The guest is responsible for their own safety. Owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you've received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.
- Once you check out, please make sure to set the AC temperature to 80 degrees. If your stay is from December to February, turn off the A/C.
- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.
