This classic A-frame beach-side vacation home is located on the west side of Fairbanks Point where the sunsets are unforgettable! This is a nice quiet neighborhood with wooded lots.
The front deck overlooks a huge front lawn and a priceless water view. Enjoy the hot tub on the waterfront deck! The private lot is located on King's Bay and is popular for all water sports and fishing! Four kayaks are included with the home rental. This home also offers a dock that is approximately 30 feet long with 4+ feet of water midway out. Water shoes are recommended for swimming as the shoreline is rocky.

Bedroom 1 downstairs features a Queen bed; Upstairs bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and sliding glass doors with a balcony and a view of the water; Bedroom 3 is a loft and features 1 Queen bed and a Twin.
