Chalet no. I and II are two bedroom stone chalets, located in the picturesque small village, 2000 meters from the sea and 20 km from the city of Dubrovnik,
located next to beautiful Epidaurum, only a 10 minutes away by car from Vlaho Bukovac birth house and Saint Nicholas Church in Cavtat.

Chalets are newly established estate, a very nice combination of the traditional idyllic Konavle countryside exterior and an elegant cozy interior style.

Surrounded by green Mediterranean fields and woods, this location is ideal for many activities like tailor-made hiking, walking and biking trails with many visits of fantastic wine tasting spots and tours or plenty of local culinary highlights of the Konavle region.

The beautiful seaside village of Cavtat offers long beaches and great bathing experiences. The perfect setting for nature and sea lovers and those seeking peace, privacy and oportunities to enjoy gastronomic delights.

Dubrovnik Country Chalets are composed of 2 separate charming stone chalets, that have been carefully designed with the upmost respect for the original local architecture resulting in a variety of nice housing solutions for guests. Chalets as 2 independent chalets comprising together of 4 bedrooms and both offer their own independent entrance as well as own access to the swimming pool.

You may choose to cook for yourselves in well equipped kitchen, or to enjoy restaurant already precooked and frozen meals, or order one of the famous restaurant chefs to prepare something fantastic and delicious for you, right in the comfort of your holiday home. Of course you will find a rich sortiment of great regional wines in chalet vinothek which will certainly enrich your menu.

Chalets are situated about 10 minutes by car from the beach, a perfect peaceful location, the Dubrovnik airport is less than a 10 minutes drive away.

Chalet no. I - 2 Bedroom Chalet with 2 bathrooms, 4 Persons

Ground floor
Chalet offers an open-plan living and dining space on the ground floor. The cozy living room contains a nice sitting area, a flat TV and a direct access to the partly covered patio with outdoor barbecue area and access to the swimming pool. Covered terrace with a wooden table for 8 persons is an ideal place to enjoy a glass of chilled prosecco on warm summer evenings.

There is also a separate well-equipped kitchen. Chalet has a separate toilet for guests.

First floor
The stone staircase lead to the first floor, to 2 beautiful double bedrooms with king size beds and with en-suite shower bathrooms. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Just a few steps from the villa is the swimming pool with outdoor shower.

Chalet no. II - 2 Bedroom Chalet with 1 bathroom, 4 Persons

Chalet is a single story stone holiday house having been lovingly decorated in a modern-rustic chalet style. The living area provides a sitting area, a flat TV and a well equipped kitchen. Both as well as the bathroom have a tastefully tiled flooring. In the sleeping area, there are two bedrooms with access to a bathroom with a shower, toilet. In front of Chalet is a beautifully shady canopy right next to the swimming pool area.

Chalets offer great surroundings for a quiet and relaxing holiday for a family.

Booking information: reservation deposit is 30%, the balance is due 30 days before arrival.

To secure the villa reservation 30% reservation deposit payment is required, divided into two invoices:
- invoice from the villa owner (about 25.62% of the reservation deposit) and
- invoice from VillasCroatia.com (about 4.38% of the reservation deposit for taxes and service fee)
To complete full villa rental price 70% balance payment is required, 30 days before arrival, divided into two invoices:
- invoice from the villa owner (about 59.78% of the balance) and
- invoice from VillasCroatia.com (about 10.22% of the balance for taxes and service fee)

Security deposit in the amount of one night stay, deposited on arrival, returned upon departure, in case of no damage.

All the necessary documentation for your villa accommodation will be provided to you including the
villa owner direct contact details and detailed instructions how to reach the villa in Croatia.

Cancellation policy information: If you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so by sending e-mail
to VillasCroatia.com, please note that a reservation deposit is non-refundable, if you cancel
your reservation up to 30 days before arrival date the balance will not be invoiced to you.
Regarding additional coverage for a trip, travel insurance may be an option.
