NEWLY BUILT HOME! The property offers access to a large PRIVATE beach and it has its own PRIVATE dock that guests can use! This three-bedroom home sleeps six and has 2 bathrooms. The home boasts honey oak floors and marble kitchen counters. Prepare your dinner in the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining area sits eight people so you can definitely enjoy your meals with the whole group. You can also relax in the living room area which has a wood-burning fireplace!
On the main level are the 2 bedrooms of the property and 1 full bath with a standing shower. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a standing shower. A sofa bed that can sleep 2 people is also available in the loft area. Towels and linens are provided for the maximum number of guests.
Outdoor you will see the specimen planting that serves as a focal point in the landscape. Adirondack chairs are also available if you just want to enjoy the view and scenery. You can also use the outdoor shower/ changing room at the property. A BBQ grill is also available for guests.
East Marion is a wonderful hidden gem on the North Fork of Long Island. It is only a few miles away from Greenport which has lots of great restaurants, shops, and marinas as well as an old-fashioned carousel for the kids. The property is situated on a Scenic Bay at the end of the street. Tennis, playground, and ball field are around the corner at Community Park. It is near the Local Park District Beach Rights At Truman's Sound Front Beach. Perfect timing to be in and enjoying the Summer at Southold Town Bay and Sound Beach!
