Includes updated appliances, a recliner, and upholstered swivel rocker chairs. There is so much more including an outdoor bar and gas grill area, heated swimming pool, huge hot tub, large gas fire pit, and a fully furnished gym with TV. You will witness amazing sunrises, whether you prefer being chilled inside watching through the floor-to-ceiling windows or relaxing outside on the elevated patio seating being mesmerized by the sound of the rolling surf. Blackout, remote controlled shades throughout let you rest when you prefer.
