Positive: Getting in to the flat was extremely easy and stress free. The flat was very comfortable, well furnished and a nice size. The showers were nice and the bathrooms were nicely furnished. The tiny kitchen is also a great idea, as it allows people the space to actually cook their own food; albeit a limited amount.
Negative: There could been an oven in the kitchen, so you can not only fry but bake food in the oven too. The Hob on arrival actually needed a small clean, the TVs throughout the flat all had the ability to watch Netflix and Amazon, however this didn't actually work when we tried to load it. The air conditioning only seems to blow out cool air; which is fine in the summer, however during the damp rainy days, this flat could do with a heater. One final gripe that we had, is that the bathroom fan upstairs needs some urgent maintenance, we had to take our showers downstairs as the fan was just too noisy and indeed, actually sounded like it was going to break. The Fridge downstairs was also very noisy and this could be heard upstairs the entire time.
Summary: Cosy and comfortable, but the flat could do with a bit of tender loving care.
