Private, secluded setting yet easy access to I90, Coeur d'Alene (either by boat or car), 1 hr to Sandpoint, 30 mins to Spokane, 30-45 min to ski resorts depending where you choose to go. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Templins Red Lion, Post Falls Brewing Company, Q'melin Park, easy access to the Centennial trail just a couple blocks away, Black Bay Park, etc. Dock for summertime fun, swimming, fishing, boating(boat not provided-but rentals available just down the street), and multiple decks for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon BBQ.
