Positive: The location was good and the facilities were nice. We had fairly close access to one of the best beaches in Aruba plus the hotel is close to super foods, a huge supermarket where you can buy plenty of food. The breakfast was good and they were kind and helpful.
Negative: The bad part of our trip was our first night, when we decided to go to the restaurant that is close to the adults pool. We ordered a pizza and waited over 30 minutes, after seeing how every other customer got their food before us we asked the waiter if it would take any much longer. He said that it was about to come. After another 20 minutes we were already angry. We stood up and went to another waiter to tell him that we no longer the pizza. The original waiter came out of the kitchen and just said that there had been a problem with the pizza and that if we didnt want it we could just leave. He didnt even apologize. We ended up going to pizza hut to eat there. We never ate there again. Another thing that we didnt like was thr location of our room. It was at the corner of the whole resort on a fourth floor and with only one elevator in the centre of the hotel. Plus, one of the days it looked like the cleaning personnel only went to make up the beds and thats it.
Summary: Great Location, but plenty of things to improve
