Positive: The location was great. I enjoyed waking up to the sun every morning. It was fairly clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. Items were easy accessible. The hot tub could use some more attention and the fire pit could use a cover. It rained the day we arrived and we were unable to use the pit as is due to it being wet. The shower temperature was a challenge. The water would get cold fast.
