This inspiring tri-level home has been designed as a holiday retreat and provides everything you need to come together and just relax and enjoy a taste of Terrigal’s coastal lifestyle. There are 6 large sized bedrooms, one of which is on the lower level adjacent to the living area….ideal for up to 8 kids; 4 bathrooms, and two living areas. With an extensive use of glass this property embraces natural light and captivates stunning ocean views. All bedroom windows have blockout blinds.
Located only 200 metres from Wamberal beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Terrigal’s alfresco dining, boutique shops and trendy cafes.
North facing and on an elevated position, you will enjoy beautiful sea breezes, sun filled balconies with BBQ and stunning ocean views from front and rear of the house, while the modern interior, gourmet kitchen, and zoned air-conditioning ensure you can relax in style and comfort.
Even in Winter, Elanora offers a haven for just chilling out with a modest library of good books, jogging or walking on the beach, WIFI, TV/DVD library, Foxtel in middle and lower lounge areas, and the hypnotic sea breezes and rhythm of breaking waves that are sure to give you a good night’s rest.

The top level has been converted into a parents retreat featuring a queen bed with ensuite (incl separate toilet), lounge and dining areas, independent reverse-cycle air conditioning, 42 inch LCD TV which flows onto the large rooftop terrace with outdoor lounge area that provides stunning 270 degree views from Wamberal to the hinterland west of Terrigal.
MIDDLE LEVEL
The middle level consists of a vast open plan living, 16 seater dining where everyone can come together and enjoy a meal. Modern kitchen with glass sliding doors that open onto a balcony overlooking the illuminated swimming pool creating uninterrupted indoor/ outdoor space.
The sleek modern kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops is well equipped with high quality appliances including gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. This level also features 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms the main bedroom with ensuite.

Gosford Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. So we are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm (including weekends). POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM- 9PM
Please note that if the noise policy is not followed, bookings such as buck’s/hens parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond.
