A five minute stroll into Ponsonby & close to motorways and the airport. This home is a stunning 1910 fully refurbished quintessential Ponsonby villa. Quality fixtures and fittings enhance the turn of the century features of this magnificent property. Guest have a large bedroom with walk in wardrobe, with super comfy mattress and pillows and hotel quality linen. A beautiful bathroom with a large waterfall shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rails. The living/dining/kitchen is spacious with a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher.
