Upon entering, you will find an open concept floor plan. The formal living room has two comfy couches and a coastal-themed day chair. Adjacent, you will find the first formal dining room with views of the stunning pool and backyard. This table can fit six comfortably. The informal living room will be the best spot to kick back and relax. A large leather sectional has seats that will recline back, along with a USB port for easy charging of any device. The Smart TV has a renovated bookshelf behind it with chic coastal décor. The breathtaking kitchen has five beautiful barstools, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of countertop space to prepare your family's favorite treats. The second dining table can seat up to six comfortably. There is a lovely desk where you can set up your remote office and have an exquisite workcation.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with adjustable remote settings for the perfect sleep along with plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. There are sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor area. Attached is the updated master bathroom, designed to make you feel like you are at the spa. There is plenty of space at the dual vanity and a giant walk-in shower tiled from floor to ceiling, including a detachable shower head. The second bedroom is perfect for kids!
