This lovely, fully furnished and quiet 82 m2 flat is located in central Budapest in a renovated 19th century building with elevator. Near UNESCO site Andrassy Boulevard, Heroes Square, and the Opera House. Includes air conditioning, 1 gig Internet, large bedroom, spacious living room, storage vestibule, and a well equipped kitchen with glass cabinets. Also elegant wall paper, exposed brick wall, high quality parquet, Internet ready Samsung television as well as a fresh air ventilation system.
The apartment is designed for beauty, convenience and comfort. It is ideal for long term stays with a large dining table, full length refrigerator, clothing and dish washing machines, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, gas stove and top, toaster, German knives and cooking utensils. There is also a professional hair dryer, a baby crib, Samsung Internet ready television, a safe, two work desks, and insulated aluminum shutters. Windows are high performance double glazed products. Flat is very quiet and faces the South. Internet was just upgraded to 1 gigabit.
The flat is located near UNESCO site Andrassy Boulevard, a five minute walk from the Metro 1 Vörösmarty station and the same distance to the Király utca tram station (4&6). It is a short bus ride to the International train station, Keleti.
The floors have high quality parquet and ceramic and concrete tiles. The walls are a subtle blue green except for the white bathroom. The vestibule's cabinets were built by a carpenter and include moveable clothing bins, shoe racks and also a safe. Both the living room and bedroom have custom made curtains and rugs as well as a baby crib.
The apartment is exceptionally quiet due to the high performance double glazed windows. Small doses of sophisticated wall paper were used in both bedroom and living room. The entrance has a stylish entrance gate made by an iron smith.

It is a completely private apartment. Only access is through the courtyard side door. Flat entrance has double doors: the original 19th century wood door as well as an elegant iron smith made security gate modeled on the courtyard railing. The building itself can only be accessed by security tags. Overall security is excellent and the neighborhood is safe as well.
