Guest will have full access (except one closet, in the 3rd level hallway and the garage) to the entire townhome.
There are a total of 5 beds including the queen bed in the basement and 6 including the futon that turns into a twin bed. There are 3 private bedrooms on the 3rd level, the master has a split king adjustable bed with a 70 inch TV and masterbath with soaker tub and separate shower. There is a 50 inch TV in the master bathroom for you to enjoy, where you can also dim the lights, while relaxing in a nice hot bath. The 2nd bedroom has a daybed with a trundle; which is a full bed and a twin bed and there is a desk for working. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The basement has a queen bed and a futon that can be transitioned into a twin bed.
The upstairs kitchen includes a Keurig, instapot, microwave, full size fridge, huge island with bar stools. There are cups, glasses and dishes in the cabinets, silverware in the drawers. The living room has a 55 inch tv and if you walk out the french doors you will step on to the deck and patio area.
The kitchenette in the basement also has some limited kitchen items and includes a microwave, fridge and sink. There is also a full bathroom in the basement, a closet, an adjustable queen bed, a futon that can be turned into a twin bed, an adjustable coffee table that can be used as a desk or for eating and a 50 inch tv.
The deck and patio are available for your enjoyment. There is a small table and 4 chairs and an umbrella, available for the deck in the garage (if not already out on the deck) and a 12 ft sitting wall on the patio. There is an insert for the firepit in the garage, please use that when using the firepit and be sure to put it back in the garage so it does not get wet if it rains and stain the stone.
There is an iron and a mini ironing board in the laundry room, extra blankets can be found in the laundry room.
There are starter essentials (Household Essentials Welcome Kit) in the unit; however, once you run out of the starter items, you (the guest(s) )will be responsible for obtaining your own replacement items. There is no restocking during your stay.
The house is close to the Quantico Marine Corp base, so there may be an occasional boom, but it's very infrequent and is unlikely to occur during your stay.
The wifi is available for your use during your stay. If it goes out for any reason, please let us know right away. It may lose signal sometimes in the master bedroom bathroom, but if you turn off the tv and turn it back on, it should pick it back up. The master bedroom is a split king adjustable bed. Please keep in mind if you use the adjustable part you may have to readjust the sheets.
Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a small playground toward the back of the cul-de-sac and a pavilion.
There are 5 cameras onsite for security. There is a ring floodlight camera outside over the garage, one ring floodlight camera on the side of the house, one ring flood light camera on the back of the house, a ring doorbell camera at the front door and a camera inside the garage.
If you are sensitive to dog hair please be mindful; although the property is cleaned thoroughly, the host have dogs and the dogs may visit the property when it is vacant.
There are a few breakable (glass decor) items, but the host have attempted to secure them so that are not easily movable.
