For those interested in our property, the two most common questions we get are...
1. Is the hot tub available for our stay? How many does it seat?
Answer: The hot tub is available for all stays at no additional cost--and we want you to enjoy it!! It is AWESOME! The hot tub easily seats 7 adults with half of the tub left to stand or walk around. The spa temperature will be anywhere from 95F-104F upon your arrival.
2. Why is your cleaning rate so high?
Answer: Our cleaning rate is the same regardless of the length of stay, and we actually charge less than what our professional cleaners charge us. The house is 1800 SF with a full basement. We usually get 7-10 guests and, with this size house, there is a lot to clean, especially with enhanced cleaning protocols during these crazy times.
Please note that video surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. They will be on during your stay. Footage remains private and may be used for liability.
