Positive: View, location, couches were very comfy and nice, master bathroom was very nice as well, the sand toys were very appreciated for the kids. Lots of extra pillows and blankets, air conditioning worked great! The lady who called on our way down was VERY sweet!

Negative: The shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom did not work properly, the shower didn’t work at all! The toilets had trouble flushing at times! The kitchen cabinets/appliances are very dated and we had to use extreme caution opening the cabinets to make sure we did not break them! Also there was no broom to sweep up sand ect. We only had one dishwashing pod for the entire week…I had to go purchase more so I didn’t have to hand wash on vacation. Also there was zero laundry detergent to do laundry! There was no tv in the guest bedroom???? That was a major inconvenience since we had our two children with us! The bed in the master HAS to be replaced! It’s awful!! Or maybe just a mattress topper! Also it would have been nice to have had some sort of streaming channel connected on the tv like Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, discovery or YouTube tv. Also the master sliding door does not lock, only with the stick! it would have be nice to have had salt/pepper or other miscellaneous stuff in the kitchen so people doesn’t have to purchase all that, and try to carry it back home.
