Amazing, new light-filled townhome. End unit!
This property is a large two-bedroom townhome with plenty of space to spread out.
First, pull into the 2-car garage. Then enter the home and go upstairs to the massive kitchen, dining, and living area. The big screen TV welcomes you into this open-concept plan. A half bath and kitchen with gear complete this space.
Head upstairs to the two owner's suites, each with their own bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV, a closet for clothing storage, two nightstands, and two lamps. The bedrooms have darkened pleated shades but do not have curtains. It will offer a dark sleeping environment but you can still tell if the sun is up when you wake up. The laundry machines upstairs are available for the guests to use as well.
This home has a front porch and outdoor furniture is stored in the garage. You can set it up when you want to enjoy some sunshine!
This townhome is just 2 blocks from downtown Hapeville, filled with lots of places you'll want to visit. From art galleries to coffee shops, it is a very authentic Atlanta-area city!
I recommend having a car but there are many restaurants you can walk to. We are a very close Uber ride from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta airport so that is an option too. There is plenty of food delivery available if you don't have a car.

• Check-in is at 4 p.m. ET or later. Early check-ins between noon and 3 p.m. can be reserved, as available in advance, for $40. Super early check-ins between 7 a.m. and noon will be $70.
• Check-out is at 11 a.m. A late check-out can be arranged at least three days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee is $40 per every hour past 11 a.m. It is worth it to have a leisurely morning! We will have a few check-out instructions such as washing the dishes.
• Make sure to bring the trash can out every Monday night. Then bring the can back in on Tuesday morning. We will hear from the HOA if this is not done, so please follow this procedure.
• Do not over stuff the washer. It is brand-new. Please fill it only 75% full or less. It is better to do 2 medium loads than 1 jumbo load. Your clothes will be cleaner with smaller loads.
• Free parking is available to guests 24/7. The garage fits two cars. There is strictly no parking outside of the garage. If you have a third car let me know and you can park on King Arnold Street.
• You will need to carry your luggage up the stairs. There is one bedroom on the main level with the garage. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor. There is no elevator.
• We are unable to provide refunds for Covid-19, weather, or any other extenuating circumstances. Therefore, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRAVELERS INSURANCE!
• Congratulations! You found it! Incorporate the words "Fish Bowl" into your booking request or inquiry to show your host that you read the listing. Studies show that if you know what to expect you will have a better experience!
• Finally, third party bookings are not allowed due to Airbnb's Terms of Service. The person booking this room must be present at the home for the entire stay. Remember, you can always refer your family member or employee instead — they'll save money on their booking and you'll get an Airbnb credit as well. It's a win-win.
• We are not able to take pets for any reason.
• We love hosting children that are supervised at all times.
• Please check that you entered your guest count when submitting an inquiry or reservation (it should not be 1). Infants aged 1 and under do not count towards the guest count. We require 1 review on your account to book with us. We reserve the right to decline an inquiry if the guest has not read the entire listing.
• We prefer that the person booking is the person who will be arriving first for check-in. If you will not be the first to check-in, know that you will need to provide instructions to your friend, and provide the name of your friend to us.
• Please do not smoke inside the house or outside anywhere on the property.
• Take the trash out on Monday night and bring it back in on Tuesday. We don't allow gatherings or parties.
• Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home during your stay.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products must be placed in the trash can provided.
• Stained or ripped sheets, stained towels, and missing items will be charged to you after your stay at replacement cost.
• An unplanned late check-out will be $50 per hour.
• Stays of 28 days or longer will require a mid-stay cleaning for $100. It is for the kitchen, living room, hallways, and hall bathroom. We skip the bedrooms for privacy for the mid-stay cleaning.
• Pets not accepted. If it is discovered that a pet came to the property, it will be a $300 fee.
