An English cottage style living with an attractive garden surround, quiet and safe neighbourhood. This much-loved family home is close to all key amenities like; walk to train station, less than 5 minutes drive to Eastlink, Eastland shopping centre and Costco. Very close to bike/walking tracks, parks, and playgrounds.
The property is a genuine suburban family home much loved and maintened in a large block of land (>1000 sqmt) that has a beautiful mini botanical garden like surrounding around the house. Variety of flowering plants that blossom all around the year one after the other. Watering system that is automated based on rainfall. Thanks to our gardener who takes care of it as it's quite a task.
A safe and peaceful family friendly neighbourhood in a quiet street and hence partying is not allowed.
< 10 mins walk from Heatherdale train station.
Ample parking available at the residence.
- No noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities.
- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
