Updated Open concept kitchen along with new master bath with walk in shower. King size bed in Master bedroom. Enjoy the incredible sunrises/sunsets. Condo is located just minutes from the beach-right on the intra-coastal. Enjoy the feel of living in a condo, but feeling like living on a boat!
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOME:
I love waking up to nature, hearing the fish jump, seeing the birds dive, the dolphins go by and watching the storms from the balcony. You are so entertained without leaving the condo! You feel instant relaxation when you enter Pelican Pointe and Sebastian. It's so laid back, beachy and makes you forget about everything else....I love the Simplicity of this place, yet having all the conveniences and culture nearby. It is the best of all worlds. Close to so many exciting places and 4 airports all less than 1.5 hrs away. Melbourne airport 1/2 hr. Orlando and West Palm beach about 1 hr 20 mins. So much to do!!
