A beautifully renovated 1900's cottage with a modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a laundry! Two bedrooms with queen size beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with new Mitsubishi Heat Pumps which provide air conditioning and heat that can be individually set! Bathroom on second floor has a large shower; bathroom on first floor is a half bath with a washer and dryer. A gas stove (wood stove style) in the living room takes the chill off cool mornings. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, etc. New appliances including a gas stove, stainless refrigerator, and dishwasher complete the beautiful cooks kitchen. Outstanding lake views and direct shared lake access for swimming and boating directly from the cottage. Located in a quiet and private seasonal neighborhood next to Basin Harbor, where you can also enjoy dining, golf, boat rentals and a variety of family activities. Sit in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the view while roasting marshmallows on the outside fireplace! All the conveniences of home in a lovely setting.
You can bring your boat, use the boat ramp to put it in the water, and hook it up to the mooring!
