Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The person at the reception was very friendly and helpful, even though we have a bit of trouble with the Japanese language. The bed was cosy and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. I was able to do my laundry as well in the basement free of charge. And it smelled absolutely delicious throughout the whole hotel. We both really enjoyed our stay.
Negative: The shower was a bit of figuring out for me, since I haven't used that kind of system before and the shower water got cold after a short while and then heated up again and that kept repeating many times in a row. Also not too much of an issue but it was kinda weird that you couldn't turn off the lights anywhere else except by the bed.
Summary: It smells great everywhere.
