The best part? You're right across the street from the sparkling waters of Paw Paw Lake. Take a refreshing dip, launch your kayak or paddle board, or simply relax on the shore.
Our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home boasts a fire pit for cozy nights under the stars, two pergolas with swings for lazy afternoons, a pickleball court and a sand volleyball/badminton court to enjoy. And with parking on site, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

We do not provide any equipment but if you need to rent kayaks, paddle boards, etc. please let us know and we will tell you our favorite shop in town!
We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules:
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our house and within the building's premises. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building, and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Our home is located in a residential area, and we ask that you respect our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum. Please refrain from hosting parties or events that could disturb other guests or neighbors.
3. DOGS ONLY: Unfortunately, we can only allow dogs in our rental due and charge a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee. You must pick up all dog poop, we will fine you $50 for each dog pile we find.
4. LATE CHECK-OUT ($50 Fee): Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time to ensure that our cleaning staff has sufficient time to prepare the house for the next guest. Late checkout past 11:00 AM will result in a $50 fee.
5. NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS ($50 Per Guest): The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is 8, including children. Excessive guests will result in a $50 fee per guest.
6. RESPECT THE PROPERTY: We kindly ask that you respect our home and its contents. Please refrain from moving or rearranging furniture and report any damage or issues to us immediately.
7. NO GLITTER: Please don’t use glitter for decorations or for any other reason.
