Summary: Literally, all you need to bring are your clothes and your food! The house is beautiful inside and out. My wife is VERY particular (OCD) about cleanliness and she was more than happy from the moment we arrived. She actually asked me to tell the owner, “I don’t feel like I have to clean anything here!” Everything seemed brand new. There were plenty of bath towels, paper towels, kitchen necessities, utensils; the list just goes on and on. There was a lovely personalized basket that was left with snacks, goodies and balloons wishing my sons a happy birthday and congratulations for graduation. We didn’t ask for those things, they were just a thoughtful, much appreciated, gesture made by the owner. The nearest Supermarkets and shopping centers are 20 minutes away but, there is a Dollar General right around the corner for simpler needs. There are smart TV’s in 2 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 large one in the living room, which was great! Having space to park in the garage was great considering on a Disney trip last year; our van was broken into, along with about 20 others, inside of “secured” parking lot, causing us to miss a day at the park and spend an extra $400 for a new window. That added sense of security was great. The owner, Neyra, was a pleasure to work with. Always quick to answer any question I had and even reached out just to make sure everything was going well. This has to be the best experience in a rental home I’ve ever had. Look forward to staying there again!!
